Well, the first stage of my upgrades were my brakes, that got done few months back.

And now ive finished the second stage... Handling and Im very chuffed.

Front rs2 ARB
Rear Whiteline
solid top mounts
HnR + Koni Adjustables
New drop link arms
RS4 Replica's 18's
(as well as all new bushes n subframe mounts, diff mounts, gearbox mounts, drive shafts (original))


The car is now so responsive in steering, handles LOT better and looks greate

Bring on the next stage.. stage 3.. power

brill ski does the koni/h&r make abig difference? im in the market now for the above have already got my front shocks koni86-2086spd2 wil get rears k864233 sports? next month, then springs where did you finaly get your springs from, if you dont mind me asking how much they were, are they

H&R's def firm up the ride alot and does help. I am undecided if they are setup right for the B roads near me at the moment though.

As for Whiteline you could try demon tweeks in UK or import direct from australia.

I believe the RS2 FARB is available again, speak to VAGParts as i believe they are able to supply them

Hi,

Yes the shocks make a huge difference. I drive mainly on motorway and a simple task like changing lanes feels so much better. braking too is better. body roll is not an issue any more

the spings turned out to be very expensive as they no longer make them, and they had to be split from HnR kit as i didnt want HnR shocks but koni adjustable. springs from HnR themselves, konis from somewhere else. QRS supplied and fitted.

yeh just recieved my whiteline rear arb this morning so big list of `to do`s` in next couple of weeks

what else could cause a slight knocking sounds at the front guys?

ive replaced wishbone/subframe bushes, drop link arms, ARB, shocks/springs, tie rods, drive shafts, top mounts ....

ball joints?
