Henka can you tell us what this means? Doesn't look good!

    "OBS!
För Öhlinsbenen krävs en monteringshylsa (01-AT002) mellan topplagringen och "pinnen" på fjäderbenet. "

Would that grease nipple be located below the inner wing? What point would that be? Cosmetic? If people want to let me try some on the rally car I'll be happy to try them to distruction!

dont really see the point in greasing a rose joint bearing if thats what it is which i cant imagine it being anything else for it to work correctly

For Öhlins legs a mounting socket is requierd (01-AT002) Between topmount and the "stick" on Leg.

Abit dodgy but it may be more helpfull. Leg in this instance is the thing that holds the spring and damper that u bolt on the hub at the bottom.

Go over to the Audiworld forums and have a search for ManceMount saver's, this guy has spent countless hours doing various bits of research etc, and many millions of miles of testing to prove that (with a few tweaks) the genuine Audi Green Mounts are the best ones available, when I say he has applied an almost **** attitude to these things that would be an understatment.
He has a couple of different specs, road, race and rally and they and guaranteed for the life of the car with the purchasing owner.

also shows the o ring grooves he machines above and below (the green side) he press's the bearing out and remachines it's seat for a better more true seat.

The insert basically stops the top rubber part of the mount deflecting and gives it the support it needs so that it can do it's job the way it was designed. The additional maching (o ring etc.) is to stop muck and stuff from entering the bearing and keeps it water tight.

Hmm ok sorry for a pretty stupid question but are the bushings included in that kit? Should be pretty good i reckon by what corey mentions. Might have a set on the front and back on my car.

I don't believe he will ship the mounts internationally, well that is what he told me but it should be very easy for any machine shop to replicate what he has done to them and just buy the inserts from him. He priced the inserts at $90 for a car set and inlcudes everything but the mount itself.
