Hydraulic not working on -95 RS2

I replaced the radiator on my RS2, and in the process had to loosen the hydraulic tube running in front of radiator.
When I am about to start driving, first the servo didn't work, and after a few miles, my breaks get really heavy.
Tried turning the steeringwheel over several times, without result.

There is preassure in the hydraulic fluid container, bur no air bubbles coming out.

Im quite desperate to get this sorted out, so if anyone has some good tips on what to do, i would be very greatful!!!
    Thanks in advance!!

Check first that your hydrualic fluid is totally filled up.....

Next...did you use new crush washers when you bolted the hydraulic hose back?? if so it needs new washers and correct torque...(or it may not seal)

Then turn the steering form lock to lock 5 times to bleed the system..

..thank your for such quick reply!
      1. Yes, I've filled up the fluid again, a bit over max level actually..
      2. No , i didn.t use new crush washers as you mentioned, so I'll try to get these..
i used the normal "screw-on" ones..

anyway, ill try to get this done tomorrow, and then...hopefully!

Just a quastion (if anyone knows), is it suppose to "bubble" in the container...not like air-bubbles, but more like fluidpreassur from below...

Not really meant to bubble if all air is out,........ have you bled ALL of the air out of the system as I said above??

Take lid off fluid container....turn lock to lock 5 times////

top up but NOT to the very top as it needs room for expansion... *just to the top marker on the measure*

        Lid on tight......test car again

          problem" solved"

Well, it turns out in the end that the pump is broken (no surprise:..)
IThanks for all help, just bought a used one for the equvalent of 80£..
          should do the trick.
Found a very good pdf. document somewhere here on the forum with a detailed description of refurbishing/ demont. of hydraulic pump (servo and break hydraulic pump)

It should self bleed with a few turns lock to lock, some take a little more than others.
