Does the PAS have to be orientated the way it is mounted currently on the car or can it be twisted in any orientation as long as it is straight for the belt.
I am thinking of rotating it 90deg clockwise to move the outlet to the Steering rack away from the IM for fitting puropses.
Is this feasible or does the pump have to stay in the position it is in???

(My welding friend pointed this out as an option to keep the pump in the correct place without to much hassle. Just weld a piece to the bracket and rotate it where it is!!!)
