Hi all,
Looking for some advice here - I bought these H&R coilovers ages ago on this forum:

After a lovely long run of nearly 7 years both as coilovers then as air struts (bag used in place of the coil spring), one of the shocks is finally weeping and due for replacement. The original ad and other threads I've read are saying these are bilstein monotube inserts but I've not a clue where to get them. Also I'm wondering if it's possible to replace with damping adjustable inserts (bags seem to want some tuning around bump and rebound damping - I have a suspicion it's all in the rebound). Anyone been down this road? Any recommendations on companies?
