Coupe rear track rod rebuild guide wanted

I remember seeing a guide years ago on how to go about replacing the boots and bush on the rear track rods but I have been looking and cant find it anywhere. Does anyone have any pointers on how to go about it? Mine are crusty and I don't want to destroy them trying to strip the down.

    Thanks

I can write you up a guide on the weekend, if your replacing the boot's then wire brush them off as well as you can, crack the lock nuts and chuck them in a bath of diesel for a couple of days to help soften the corrosion.

Edit... You will require a bench mounted vice and very likely a MAP gas torch to get them apart.

That would be excellent thank you. I have access to an induction heater but can easily get a gas torch.

An induction heater would be great, probably better than a gas torch as long as it's within working range of a vice.
