Will i be right to assume that H&R lowering springs is a good option to go with when using the original suspension set up. I am lookint sourcing a set of 18's so assuming i will need to come down maybe 30mm if that?

Andy,

This has been discussed a great deal already. Go to "suspension" and dig up the thread. There may even have been a couple of threads.

You will lower 30-40 mm with most kits. Be careful witht the ET of your rims and the width of the tire. You might get fouling.
