    Lowering?

Im thinking about lowering my coupe i have seen some spring kits that offer 35-40mm drop. Will this be a noticeable amount or do i need a bigger drop? Anyone got any pictures of a coupe lowered 35mm on 17 or 18 inch wheels?

    Cheers deano

That would be about right for a drop so the wheels sit just in the arches, handling should be improved and look better. What sort of coupe you got s2 or different?

cheers looks good, mines just a 2.0 16v. Ive seen some porsche wheels and some rh toplines i like but get confused about offset/spacers etc so will probably go with some rs4 or rs6 wheels. Just dont want it looking like a monster truck lol. Can anyone reccomend some good springs?

h&r springs are rated very highly on here and if you have the money for shocks as well some bilsteins are highly recommended

I had PI springs http://www.p-i.co.uk/ on my old 2.0 with a 40mm drop running 17's (18's were classed as massive back then!) Stuck with standard shocks altho they went a bit sloppy after a year or so and dropped slightly more. 2 or more fat boys in the back and it would rub tho..

Slam it on 18's and let the fat boys walk..

                H&R kit, with bilstein shocks.
