Im getting a 4 wheel alignment done, but i have had a hard time to get the ones on the picture loose.
How mutch do they cost to boy new ones ?
What are they called ?
How should the car be alligned with yellow konis and H&R lowering springs ?

Track rods.

Will set 'toe in' and 'toe out' on the front and rear wheels.

You can unseize them with careful use of heat (blow torch) and a big vice. Off the car.

Cost, not sure.

The rear ones are a total bind - good luck freeing them up. new ones aint cheap but they are much less work!
