RS2 Bush/Mount overhaul Amd

I've been looking over an old invoice from AmD trying to work out what bushes/mounts etc were replaced on the car when it went in last year. Unfortunately, AmD went into receivership last November so I can't call and ask them to detail the invoice.

If the list below (copied from invoice) makes sense to anyone, please feel free to suggest whether or not this list looks comprehensive and what 'part' each one probably relates to...
