Get the car SAFELY up on axle stands before attempting this... Though it can also be done with the front wheels still on.
1 - Remove 10mm plastic nut where undertray is secured to inner wing (each side)
2 - Remove quick-lock screw where undertray also attaches to inner wing (each side)
3 - Under the car, remove the three quick-lock screws at the rear of the undertray where it attaches to a bracket on the subframe.
4 - Using a large screwdriver at the front of the undertray, prise out the mahoosive plastic clip which locates it on the bumper.
5 - Slide the undertray towards the rear and away it goes.
No need to keep this an open thread... I'll maybe add a photo or two to finish it off.
