Nah went out in davids and you cannot hear anything like that from it so i've got mine on order all ready.
Tried getting some subframe mounts from corey last year when I first had the car, tried for a couple of weeks to get thru to him, also spoke via pm and said can I pay by pm but got told to try ring up the company.
I had alloy subframe bushes front and rear with delrin wishbone bushes, again both front and rear, along with alloy topmounts. At the time I was on 17" (225/45/17)
Way way to harsh for me. Car crashed over the road rather than riding it. Vibration through the cabin to the point the front leading edge of the dashboard was bouncing up and down at times.
Topmounts were the first to go, then the alloy subframe mounts along with the wishbone bushes. The wishbone bushes were just solid lumps of delrin, at least I'm told the superflex and powerflex live up to their names and have a bit of "flex". Whether the alloy mounts would have been ok with these or indeed OEM bushes I don't know, but I went all back to standard in the bushes and mounts department, then back to 16" wheels too.
But I use the car everyday back and forth to work and it'll never ever see a track (I'd only get the red mist descending ...... then crash it) so a good bit of ride comfort comes top of the list.
Just my 2p..

Yeah think I remember reading a post by you about this before, and after hearing jamo's and martyn's comments on these have put me off them, just I went in david (s2driveruk's) car on saturday and the ride was not too bad, I think most of his ride is down to the shocks/springs (billstiens and h&r's)

.
Actually, to be fair I have to say the powerflex rear diff mount is REALLY noisy!
Mine is ok at the moment only becuase i renewed everything at the same time and have the SQ snub mount. It definately introduces a lot more noise to the cabin than the oem and to be honest i might go back to oem yet, remains to be seen whether when i change the prop centre mount it is then quieter or the same as now.
You can be sure that there isn't much fore/aft movement once you have the powerflex installed and on monster power its an asset, but on a homefry its overkill IMO.
Cheers
David
Think I will still keep on with the powerflex diff bush tbh as I don't mind a little extra noise in the cabin and I didn't notice any when I went in your car.
Thinking of just going oem subframe mounts atm depending what the costs etc are for all of them and how easy they are to fit.
I found that changing the wishbone bushes to polyurethane items made more difference to noise and vibration than the alloy subframe bushes.
The trouble with comparing different bushes is people are normally replacing worn out ones for new ones, so the comparison is biased. If you stuck new OEM bushes in your car to replace the original ones, you'd probably feel a big improvement too.
In my case the Powerflex rear diff mount made a massive improvement, simply because the old rubber one was non-existant when I first had the car.
I don't have a hydraulic press at home, I have to borrow one, so I prefer alternatives to OEM bushes that are quick and easy to replace at home on the driveway.
Alloy subframe bushes I got from s2avant, Powerflex front wishbone bushes (which I still think are crap), Superflex rear wishbone bushes are already back on the car. OEM rear top-mounts, H&R springs will be going back on. I think my Koni adjustable dampers have had it, so I'm going to try the Bilsteins I have. The Konis are good for the road IMHO, but they just don't last.
I'm thinking of going back to OEM front top-mounts too, the alloy ones do seem to transmit a fair bit of vibration. OEM ones are cheap and easy to swap too, especially with Bilstein dampers.
They are currently undergoing harsh testing in the garage.
Mine were fine once I got the oddball sized tool made up for tightening the inner nut, before that they kept coming loose. I marked the outer collar on installation, and after initial settling they didn't budge, although I did do them up real tight with a C-spanner, they got a bit wrecked when I removed them.
