    suspension options? CQ85

just wondering what options there are for my type 85 CQ?

interestingly i have a 5 pot GT (fwd) with lowered/uprated SPAX springs and shocks.

is there anything useful from that car i can use on my CQ suspension wise?

if not, how can i go about lowering the CQ a little? like 40mm say?

Front shocks/springs will swap over but rears won't.

I used a company called rpm in ware for my full set (shocks and springs) there own design which iirc cost me around £220 and was brill. Lowered it just right on 17's

that looks nice, 220 pounds sounds like a bargain, the set for my 90q was €500

You could try proven products, got their suspension kit for my type 85 fwd coupe,Its quite firm but doesn't lower it too much.
