Help needed to find suspension parts pls.

    Hi all

18" rims have hi-lighted my old knackered suspension bushes.

    I need:

    Rear arm bushes
    Front subframe rear mounts
    2 x front arms
    A/R bar bushes
    o/s and n/s top mounts

I know I can't get poly ones so where is the best place to get them?

Would it be easier just to buy new rear arms?

Shall I stick a set of H&R springs on while it's in for bushes?

VAG Parts for OE stuff and Superflex for Poly if they do it. Just replacing with OE stuff will yield a big change over 10+ year old knackered bits that have turned to dust. Only go poly if you're planning on track work otherwise you'll have squeaks galore for no good reason!

Nope, no poly stuff unfortunately (except maybe one place in the USA).

The only uprated bushes for the urS's that I've seen are subframe bushes from www.addictmotorsport.com. Rear arms are £££ so just get the bushes and bearings. And for the front arms you really should buy genuine ones as nearly all the copies, even the expensive ones are utterly useless!! They'll last a year tops. Cheapest for genuine that I've found is GSF at around £75 each but let me know if you find them cheaper anywhere as having spent £50 each on QH ones less than 12 months ago I need some new ones again!!
