Audi coupe gt-slow as hell but loads of character-sold
What would be best way to improve the handling for an S2 Coupe without burning your pocket?
All the topics handling this info are so old... So I've thought to ask again...
- other front and rear anti roll bars but what make and model? I've searched now for some Neuspeed RARB and cannot find available anymore;
- solid subframe bushes;
- poli wishbone bushes;
- sport suspension;
can somebody with experience share any other suggestions?
So far this is what I've had, KW V1 suspension or better. Whiteline RARB on stiffest setting but this is very harsh and a front RS2 FARB but is not really necessary IMO.
New drop links (stabilizer links - RS2 front (Thicker) and S2 coupe Rear)
Wishbone bushes - Superflex or other polybushed
Subframe bushes
Renew ball joints and tie rod ends
Diff hanger bush
Refresh the under mounts, diff, gearbox and engine with OEM (I have not tried aftermarket here - takes around three-four hours)
Front snub mount (Rusty on here is having a really nice set made up soon). This should reduce engine movement a lot.
There is also the option of having wider tyres at the front as well
