s2 avant shocks and springs wanted

ok,now ive got my wheels sorted next up is suspension. i bought the car on coilovers and the handling was sensational but ride quality terrible on these westcountry roads.
I have now got the car on stock suspension and want to keep the strutts but put springs and dampers in.
I want a 30mm drop,my 3" zorst is low so 40 out of the question. Also need new front shocks, anybody got any they are looking to do a deal on? New ones aren't viable at the minute

Why not just get new springs for the coilovers?
