Hi there,
I have just lowered my Rs2 40mm on FK springs.....not the best make i know but i have to say the ride height is bang on and very comfortable still.Handling has improved slightly.
Were they rs2 specific or are they just listed as s2 or audi 80 avant?
I'm looking at changing the whole lot not just the springs ideally. I had H&R on my last car and was pleased. There always seem to be a favourite setup for different cars and as I'm new on the scene, I wasn't sure what it was.
Unless a track car then OEM is the way to go. OEM old springs sit a bit lower than a fresh set so do not rush to change them. I wwould suggest starting with a new set of OEM shocks. Not expensive via vagparts with forum discount & see what you think !
