I bought the hole set of powerflex bushes. I've changed the front wishbone and ARB bushes.
Do I have to take down the front and rear subframe when I'm going to change the subframe bushes or can I just loosen them one by one?
or if you dont have a press burn them out! came out a piec of pi$$
But deffo need to remove the subframe. Would have probably been easier when you had the wishbones off. DOH!

Well the car was a daily driver until yesterday so now I have more time fix the bushes. But it would have been much easier if it was possible to change them without removing the subframes.
nah no way you can remove them without taking the frame out. I just did mine yesterday and after the subframe was out, I used a dremel to cut some of the rubber to make the diameter of the bushing smaller....then FIRE!!! and then an impact grade socket and BFH Works great!.
ps...BFH = big fukc'n hammer
