MOT results

Morning guys,

It passed it's MOT on sat Only a few probs to sort out. Sooooooooo

The replacement shocks that went on the car are leaking now (well they were a quick fix just to get the car back on the road) not much just ever so slightly so suspension needs doing.

Best choices please. (may as well do it all to get it out of the way).

Billies (and springs)
Koni (and springs)
Boge Gas (and springs)


What springs can you get your hands on. I understand the H&R's are a very popular choice. WHat others are out there??
Just in the interest of science mind.

Also Best off doing the top mounts at the front to Mance?? If the car is lowered 30mm on H&R's then essentially it would only be 20mm witht the mances on yes or no??

The other one is the rear tyres are nearly shot (can't tell I have been driving a bit hard on them then as they were put on the same time as the fronts) So a set of new wheels and tyres is in order. Question though.

Personally I reckon Billies are a good bet

Reps are heavy, go for something light like BBS RK if you want 'driving response'. I can recommend the new Ealge F1s tyres.

There are a few ssuspension sets out there, I think PI and Cobra are the 2 I've found but TBH just get the H&Rs, new top mounts are 10x better than old, Mance ones are good if you can get them. Fit the Neuspeed RARB upgrade at the same time and I think you'll be laughing (but not in the wallet dept.)
