Remember...
If the car has pressed rear top arms the PF set will fit, it is the cast arms that need a new set being designed.
Mixing oem and PF up, wouldn't worry about it...new is far better than 10-15 year old bushes.Carlos.

If they need the cast arms, they are available. They still have the old bushes in...if that helps.

Excellent, the way the stock bushings are designed the nut and bolt dont sit flush with the edge of the arm, they are slightly inset. Looks to me like a bigger bolt would be needed if poly bushings are to be used. I'm going to have to look at this again and work out sizes, ideal answer would be to modify the bushes then send the measurements to powerflex.91CQ20v - Gone to a new home

........... how hard/difficult has to go bushes into arms and sleeves into bushes? I mean by hand or hydraulic press is needed ?
I'm asking because I've fitted polyurethane bushings to my car years ago and recently fitted to another car and they were very difficult to fit into the arm, needed clamp to push them in (don't remember if I had to do that years ago..)
And now creaking sound is u.n.b.e.l.i.e.v.a.b.l.e ...
P.S> nothing to do with Powerflex or any other well known polyurethane bushings maker.Attached FilesComment
