i'd guess its probably cos they are too lazy to do the reasearch and work out which bushes you need for a complete kit.

Why not try asking for the actual bushes you want + part numbers and see how you get on?

Or try Superflex who's service is excellent, although they are a bit more expensive - except their ARB bushes, which are much cheaper

        Now for those watching...

        Powerflex part no.s for b4 chassis saloon/avant q...i hope.

        Front.
PFF3-102 for cast wishbones, 4 needed.

        Rear.
PFR3-205 rear lower arm front bush, 2 needed.
PFR3-206 rear lower arm rear bush, 2 needed.

PFR3-209 rear upper arm inner bush, 4 needed.
PFR3-208 rear upper arm outer bush, 2 needed.

This leaves the lower outer joint right under the hub...is there a bush fitted?

ARB's will depend on model and whether uprated ones have been fitted.

Superflex do subframe bush kits for the front but not for a b4 rear subframe?

Will try and confirm that these are correct in the next few days...unles other peeps know already...

Is there by any chance that Audi deliverd diffrent sized upper wishbones for the avant/sedan b4 chassi?
I have changed over to powerflexx bushes all over, but these PFR3-209 is too "long" for the arm in order to get the bolt all the way through compared to the oem bushes. If comparing the old bushes with the new ones, they all match in size in order to fit the oem bolt.
I've been in contact with the firm supplying my bushes, and even they can't understand what exactly is wrong. The box says "PFR3-209 rear upper arm inner bush", I've compared to Breitlings PFR3-209 bushes and they are exactly the same!
Next step is to ship the arm and bushes inn to the people I got them from..

My car has forged upper arms and is a 1993 s2 avant if that helps. I also provide some pictures so you can compare.

                          With the old bushes :

With the new PF bushes, notice how thick they are :

hm, so they did make two diffrent versions for the avant/sedan chassi.
Anyone know if they are listed as the same or diffrent on PF homepage? EDIT: they do not. The only bush listed is the PFR3-209 for the rear upper arm.

Do all you with Rs2's have pressed upper wishbones or is that modelyear affected?
