The 3 mounting points are floating, 1 solid. I had both of my subframes off just few months ago. There are threaded metal plates which are floating inside the chassis.

hmmm wonder if some of mine have binded then? Can you remember which was the solid mount of the 4?

Unfortunately I don't, but it's clearly visible when you remove the subframe. The solid mount has the threads directly cut to the chassis leg, the floating points have ~30mm hole in the leg and the plate is inside. The plates were loose and easily movable although I think this was the first time the subframes were removed.Comment
