whats wrong with 4x108 ford boys can put over 450bhp per wheel through it...
pcd adaptors if you dont mind the wheels sitting out a bit more, depends you mite need spacers anyway if your using wide wheels
i dont know about the bearing bore for the two, but you can get bearings to almost any matching sizes, i cant remember the website right now but they have next day delivery in the uk
if you dont want to go to the ball ache of changing everything you can buy some hub centric spacers that bolt to your existing hubs (4x108) and then your wheels (5x112) bolt to the spacers, you can obtain these from both H&R and RH.
This is a safe & easy way to adapt your hubs for road & light track use.
i dont think the prices are too steep and you can expect to pay up to £200 for a full set of spacers and bolts.
Hope this helps, Ian
UPDATE:
and as regards to your wheels sitting out more? they wont, all you need to do is get a higher offset on your wheels to allow for the hub adapters.
so if you were running a 17 inch wiht something like a 215/40 or a 225/40 your wheel would usually be something in the region of an et35 then with the adapters you would want to run something in the region of an et 48-50 to allow for the 15 or 20mm of the hub adapters..
REF "goodall" - nearly all vw's/audi/skoda/seats with a few exceptions like the T5 van (most notably) run a 57.1 bore size on the hub and most wheels have in the region of a 70-85mm internal bore size, getting spiggots wont be a problem, working out what offset you want to run with differnt wheel widths can test the brain if you havnt done it before but isnt that hard either once you have all the mesurements.
sorry hope not to sound condicending/patronising or plain rude just trying to help
et50 thats not a very common after market size, give you less choice than 4x108, which is why i said they will sit out more as generally if you can get the wheel to what ever off set you like then you can get then drilled what ever way you like...
as for the bore im talking about bearings and flange fitment not the wheels as the question is about using urs4 huds and 80 struts and would the bearings fit or if anyone were to know a off the shelf part to allow the parts to work together.
H&R and RH do not do 4x108 to 5x112 adapters.
I contacted both direct, and a few others.
It's just not possible using Audi's 14mm bolts. The bolt holes for the adapter to hub, and the wheel to adapter, encroach on each other making it impossible.
The head of the bolt used to fasten the adapter to the hub encroaches into to the threaded holes for the wheel to adapter, no matter which way it's done.
There's a company in belgium that make some, BUT they are for 12mm bolts which are useless for Audi's.
I even made up templates to try and figure out a way to do this when converting my TDi, it's just not possible to do.
In the end I went the right way, that was converting to real 5 stud hubs all round.

I'm wondering if the early A4 series I/II front hubs 5x112 might work as they used 2 versions. A 75mm od bearing for the fwd cars and a 82mm od bearing for the q's. Dont know if the splines will fit though.
Only sure way to check would be to compare the 2 hubs side by side, your 108 with the 112.
Be nice if it did as this would be another source of 112 hubs...fronts...
Can anyone clarify...or do we need a meet at Allaudi wiv our spanners?
Carlos.
On the look out for less bits for my s2 saloon project. Now supporting myself by shooting for my food. www.airgunforum.co.uk
and I have everything from an UrS4 laying around. I allready found a topic on motorgeeks.com and it looks like it will work out fine, there must be skimmed 5mm. off the hub to make it work
I believe A4 rear hubs can be used on the rear of the B4, both fwd. so then the conversion is complete.

The discs were £28 for two and came with a free set of pads.
The bearings were £8.50 for both sides.
New ABS rings were £9 each.
My local specialists pressed in the bearings and pressed on the ABS rings for £15.
20 mins each side to swap over the parts. Very very easy job.
When you do the fronts, just make sure the splines on the outer CV joint fit inside the S4 hub you are going to use.
If you had used an S2 front hub, you wouldn't have a problem as all 150hp+ (110kw) models used 82mm bearings.
Jase..

I don't worry about the CV joints, the car needs new ones anyway and I have a full S4 drivetrain laying around so I'll use the S4 outer CV joint's.
First, thank you for this great site, for the tons of excellent information’s.
I just got a CQ and I want to put new wheels on her, but its 5x100.
Can you tell me exactly what part (with part number) should I buy to do this conversation?
Sorry, I’m still a rooky.
