Can this be done? They arnt the top adjustable ones. Is there some way of disconnecting at the top and pushing them down/turning them on car. Would save a lot of work. Cheers,des

If you look at the top of your suspension turret there are a inner set of 3 nuts and outer set of 3.
1st you need to mark the position of the 3 inner nuts to the plate they sit on, then remove them.
2. undo the 22mm nut in the centre that connects to the top of damper to top mount plate and remove plate.
3. push damper down and turn to adjust.
