Best place to buy RS2 Shocks

Morning guys,


after a set of standard RS2 shocks to mate up to a set of S2 H&R's.

Comment on the above setup and also a good place to buy them that does not strangle the bank manager!.

I had this set up on my S2 Avant, it certainly drove better than the standard the set up, felt much more responsive. It was harsher than standard springs dampers but i did not mind. I also did the powerflex bushings at the same time which transformed the handling too, i see you have already done this. How are you getting on with the alloy subframe bushes?
The dampers and springs that i put on my S2 were brand new also, HTH.

Just the best place for shocks that I am after, good news that someone has had a good result on thsi setup.

Alloy bushes make the world of difference matey, my old ones were shot so was getting alot of steering pull over small bumps. All that has now gone after changing all the bits over last week. went back to original bushes though as the powerflex ones were getting very noisy.

But most def a great improvement over the OE subframe bushes.

When I fitted a pair to my last S2, the Audi dealer was the cheapest and that was when VAG Parts were still going
