Hi, i have problems finding this part , the one in the photo, all the shops could not find it, just the whole arm ? Any help pls a part number, ?

Im doing a suspension referb and ive managed to find part numbers for the rest of the bushes but these are confusing me.
I can see on my old bushes 4A0511247B do I just order 4 of these? whats the difference between these and the 249 ones?

its me that needs help

The part numbers ive found for my car are

4A0 511 249 OR
4A0 511 247B

what is the difference? they look exactly the same, the only thing is in ETKA it says about 8 tooth!!!! my car is a S6 estate 2.2t "P" reg 1996
