    Tips for changing shocks

    Hi guys,

Got some RS2 front shocks to cure the leaking passengers front one. Anyone got a how too on changing the things once the legs are off and stripped down to just shock and housing??? What size spanner? Or what is the best tool for the job?

    Cheers

Vice, big plumbers wrench, and an extension bar works for me getting the strut caps off.

If you don't have a vice then walk around your street till you find a house with a built in drain pipe. Then just take your strut and damper there, stick the steering arm in the drain pipe hole and use a pair of stilsons to unwind the strut cap.

        Worked for me

Edit: Heat and wd40 also helps to get the ******s lose, but mind they dont catch fire for to long....
