Knocking on left turn, is it the FARB ?

Just after a bit of advice if possible...

My ABY has developed a knocking when turning left. It is coming from the front of the car. It only knocks once when you turn the car in, and it seems to happen when corning a little faster that a normal gentle drive.

I'm thinking it may be the Anti Roll Bar bushes, but is there a way of making sure this is the problem ? Can you feel for any play by hand ? Do these symptoms sound like the FARB bushes are worn ?

Any comments would be appreciated.

my bet would be to check your CV Boots see if you have a rip, knocking when turning in my experience is from a cv that is on it's way out.
