I've got a 1996 S6 which I unfotunately went over a pavement with at quite a big speed. The right front & rear wheels were pushed back against the wheel arch.
I took the car to a panelbeater & turns out the chassis was kinked in 3 places, the subframe & control arms were bent too!
They have pulled the chassis straight (they claim), and also replaced the control arms.
The steering feels preety loose for a quattro, and when the car reaches 120km/h, it shakes so badly that it feels as if I've blown at least 1 or more tires!!
Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be??
