        check your wishbone bush bolts for tightness as mine have worked slightly loose recently (stretched the bolt maybe...?) and that causes a knock too

          Hmmm... ok..

          Yard very bumpy
          Replaced bushes all round and tight as can be (Was knocking before replacing bushes)
          O/S/F Anti roll bar front link 8A0 407 465 replaced June 06
          Rear diff mounts replaced July 07

          Knocking appears to be coming from the front of the car so prob Anti Roll Bar???
          She has been SORN since July 2008

                    Ok.. Pre Mot..

                    I need:

                    * N/S/F Anti Roll Bar Link (Knocking)
                    * Indicator Stalk
                    * 2 x Windscreen Wipers

                    Any thoughts on where to get these and prices?

                    Not bad considering been off road since July last year!! Are my emissions ok????

                    CO = 0.10%
                    HC = 27ppm
                    Lambda = 1.01
                    CO = 0.03%

                    Any advice welcome on parts above..
                    Cheers
                    Chris.

                      Drop links from german and swedish are ok and are metal. I would replace the pair, think i paid abour £24 each last year. Get the wiper blades from there as well... they do bosch ones quite cheap. Not sure about the indicator stalk tho.

                      Emissions are ok

                      for comparison mines were (for an ABY K reg)

                      CO = 0.02% (limit 0.20 %)
                      HC = 9ppm (limit 200ppm)
                      Lambda = 1.004 (limit 0.970-1.03)
                      CO = 0.00% (limit 0.30%)

                      Limits for the 3B are higher and doable without the cats
