Got my H&R coilovers..but?

Got my coilovers this week although they don't look particularly 'bling' compared to some cheapies I have on my van..still hoping they make up for that in performance.

I noticed the fronts slide on the actual sleeve of the shock and the rod is bolted up from below...I assume this is for stiffness/strength.

Also the rears have 'A4 B5' on it...so hoping this is the same as the RS2 (they sent the kit listed in their catalogue, so presume it's correct)?

The B5 rear is the same as the B4 so you'll be fine with them. They look very nice,bet they wasn't cheap?

So are the dampers inverted? Could be for strength or to reduce unsprung mass.

Bilstein do this even with their shocks say it improves it operation

Some people in Spain says that H&R shocks are bilstein....

I think they look high quality and the zinc plating should last well.
