Fully tight is silly as I found out 2 weeks ago. With stock springs 1.0 - 1.5 from tight worked well, will be trying them on 0.5 all round with HnRs but suggest 0.5 - 1.0. Go 0.25 - 0.5 stiffer @ rear IMO with stock car, both the same for lightened car. This is on a coupé, Avant might be a little different.

I was running them all the way with 450lb/inc rear and 600lb/inch front that wasnt hard enough for me, now im going for H&R coilovers to see if they are a little stiffer. if not i dont know what im going to doo
Probably the longet S2 project in history EVER!

About a half to a full turn from fully stiff seems spot on with H&Rs. For the coupe i think i'm running them ~50% as its a much lighter car.
