Heavy turning power steering pump

Hy,

i'm wondering off somebody ever turn t there power steering pomp by hand whiteout the belt. When i start my car the belt of the power steering pump squeaks a lot. The tension is right do. I notes when i tried to turn the pump over i gos heavy. Somebody recognize this?

Its not something I have noticed on mine, But it will get harder to turn as the fluid is pressurised. Is the fluid of the correct type and level?
