Ok got around to fitting my rear H&R coilover today, but we noticed that the rubber bush which bolts up inside the strut was fitted so the gaps in the rubber bush were top/bottom...now the thinking on this is as soon as you load it up, the bush will naturally want to move into these gaps and cause premature wear of he rubber bush....
We decided to press the bush out and turn it 90 degrees so the hollow bits are each side and under compression it sees the solid part.
Do you think this was overkill and it would have been fine as is?
