    Rally spec suspension?

I'm thinking about buying a 1990 coupe quattro with s2 hubs/struts, I was wondering what there is out there to beef up the chassis/suspension since forest stages are really tough on those bits?

I don't want to spend a huge amount, just the basics

Dare I say it but have you considered the implications and costs involved with forrest rallying? It can be, and normally is up to double the costs of asphalt and you cant scrimp on components as they will take a battering in the ruts and undulations of a forrest stage.

Sump Guards, alot of strengthening and the ability to do serious repairs is essential. Is this competitively or just every now and again?

Rally spec suspension would cost from 3k to 10kEUR depending on spec.

Better off with a 90q, the CQ shell is pretty wobbly, it'll shake itself to pieces on a rally stage or take a lot of bracing to stop that happening...

I know how much it costs, I just need suggestions on what to buy and where from?

          What's different about the 90q?

Yes, I just need to find and buy forest grade springs and struts for a start.
