Removal and replacement of Avant Lower Arm Bush

What's the best method to remove and replace the bush circled in the above picture?

When I did mine I think you can knock them out with a thin drift or flat ended punch, there are two small bushes in this part which aren't very deep. You might have to enlarge the hole on the bush to get access to the edge of the bush.Worse case scenario is to burn them out but that looks like it would spoil you paint job on the arm.

It's not my arm just a pic , you can't burn them out or at least I can't see how, they are in a metal sleeve that presses into the arm.

There's a bush either side so you can't drive them through the hole, I'm guessing there must be a bush puller tool?

I used an air powered hacksaw to cut the end off one, then drill, heat, and swear at it until you get one side out. Once you have one side out the other will come out with little effort.

Hard part is putting them back it, if you try using a vice the centre of each bushing will butt up against each other leaving the outer casing not fully pressed in. I bought a bunch of large washers that fit around the centre part and rest against the outer collar, there big *** washers.
