You really don't have much options. Original ones, Koni yellows, Bilsteins, KW coil overs, H&R suspension (shocks+springs).

For affordable prices try some German web shop.

www.reifenversand.com for H&R's, only 715€ for the set. Cheap.
No other connection than that I've succesfully bought tyres from them.

i want the best drive possible im wondering whats the best shocks and springs to go for the only problem with lowered cars is so many manholes on the road nowadays it messes up your car
