Confused now by this thread
I ordered some wishbone bushes earlier this year for my 2.8 CQ
Gave the supplier chassis, registration etc and he sent me the PFF3-103 which I assume is the 25mm.
I'm sure I have the pressed steel wishbones though
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2
chassis number means very little, its more of a lottery as to what Audi had in the parts bin when your car was built.... always best to check - its easy to tell the difference
Well I have definitely NOT got forged wishbones.
I spoke to the guy direct when it came to ordering mine and he assured me that I needed the 25mm ones for mine with the pressed steel wishbones
Is it just the S2's and the V6CQ that have the 25mm bush and the 20v and smaller have the 24mm ?
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2
I had forged arms front and pressed steel at the rear.

no. as i said it was a lottery across the range, no pattern to it at all.
Forget what your supplier has told you its horse ****. get on your knees and have a look, is the only way you'll know for sure
Right, I know what your saying but I could only find two types of powerflex bushes when I bought mine. PFF3-101 for steel wishbones and PFF3-102 for alloy ones ?
