Not really, there's no adjustment to be had with that set that would benefit from corner weighting the car. When you can change the spring rate and rebound with 2 or 3 way adjustable coilovers than yes.

Also I seen where your rear passengers sit, you have moved the roll center up this would be a big concern of mine into the cars handling

Sorry the Roll center is the wrong term my Bad. But your moving quite alot of Mass up the height of the center of gravity of the car. This is going to cause adverse effects on how it will handle.

Its like fitting the fuel tank to the roof rather than the lowest possible point you can.

you need to be able to adjust the spring perch heights to affect the corner weights, even then there is only so much you can do with it - altering the cross-weight.
Unless you are planning on on adding some sort of balast to the car or moving the seating position / fuel tank location you are not going to achieve much correction to any imbalance on the L>R weights.
Get it on some scales fully loaded with you in it and see how balanced it is when its all back together, then you'll see how far adrift you are. Unless its a full on race car and you are very commited its going to be a struggle to make any real improvements.
