    what coilovers?

What's the most commonly bought coilovers for the S2 coupe, I've searched and the KW V2 are no longer made which were reconmended by a few, and I missed a 2nd hand set for sale recently on here Any info on what your running or what you know people are using? I would appreciate.

    Cheers

I would give AST a call. They need cores, though.

Or Intrax, or JRZ suspension, or Reiger, or Proflex, or AST, or...
All of them Dutchies coming from Koni F1 starting their own business.

I've spoken to a very helpfull guy at AST today after terrybullwon passed on the some info. They have many different kits to suit your style of driving and will narrow it down to exactly what kit that you need, they offered me the sportline kit which will do for day to day road use, and be a great set up for the track. But the £1740 price tag is a bit much for me, as I still have so much to buy for the car. I would love it though so maybe one day when the pockets deep enough..

I use Mance's CCK. As my first and only drive with coilovers I can't give you a comparative opinion, but I was very pleased with the improved handling from stock springs and konis to Mance and billies.

Build your own. I've done it for the rally car. Just find yourself a set of struts, an angle grinder and a good welder! Then buy the bits and then speak to people about spring lengths and ratings.

I'll post some photos if wish when I get back in front of my own PC.

Or get in touch with compbrake for the adjusters.

Euro Car Parts for the bilsteins
              2 x 935441280 = P363017
              2 x 935441260 = PE33086

              And as Pembo says
Rally design for your coil spring depending on what rating you want to run...

But where to get some fancy bi-adjustable damper cartridges? That's the difficult part for DIY coilovers.

Exactly you only end up with height adjustable suspension
