Removing bush in rear hub, urS4/6

Has anyone any experiance removing the bush in the rear hub of a large chassis quattro
I have tried using a socket either side and a bolt to pull it out, this wont work however as the face on the hub isn't flat or even complete. This also means I cant support it on the press block and even of I could the arm is in the way. The bush I'm talking about is "14A" in the digram below, shown going into the hub itself

I think the "normal" trick is a sawzall to get the old one out and the bolt trick to get the new one in (assuming that you don't have/can't use a press).

Sawazll? Is that some kind reciprocating electric saw? I would assume to do that you first need to burn the bush out? Was hoping not have do this as ABS sensor still in place

To fit new one looks dead handy on the press or even using a bolt

I've used drill to destroy the rubber, then pry out the bits with screwdriver and then saw to get the outer shell out.
