Larger diameter and hence stiffer, bushes would have a bigger hole to accommodate I would imagine.

The sizes are listed in a thread somewhere.

          One question guys
I just have the 2 arms, ront and rear; and I see that the A4B5s and other VAGs (Passat W8) are bigger in diameter. But they must be softer, not?

Thanks and excuse me for my poor english

                  No, B5 front is different.

Stiffness is proportional to diameter^4 / lever length; hence a thicker bar with larger levers or thinner bar with smaller levers can be equivalent. Operation of the bar needs to be thought about though, as the position of the drop links can affect the amount of twist applied. The B3 and B4 are different in this respect.
