Suspension / Drivetrain Overhall, Which Bushes?

I am just about to overhall the suspension and drivetrain bushes, I am just trying to decide which ones to buy and look at all my options. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated

Suspension wise I have Koni springs and shocks and poweflex wishbone bushes

    Things to replace:

    Subframe - Alloy bushes
Gear Box - 034 street density, 034 track density or standard?
Diff Mounts - as above 034 or standard?
Rear Diff Mount - powerflex or 034 street density?
Top Mounts - blue or green?

    blue( s1 verson)

the track density are for race use; made of hard plastic, so the bumps in the roads will feels inside the car

Unless it's a track star, you should avoid solid mounts really. Poly subframe bushes and wishbone bushes will tighten things up without going too mad but even new OEM stuff is a massive improvement on tired parts - I have all OEM on my car and I have to say that it's fine on road and track and was worth the effort. I will soon be upgrading to solid front subframe bushes that are offset to my specification and hopefully to spherical top mounts of my own design and so will report on their effects when I'm done...

I don't use the car for daily use and if I did, I'd leave those mods on the shelf because, as Sonic will tesify, if you go too far along the track star route, you ruin the car for the other 99% of the time. The coupes don't ride at all well as stock, so making them stiffer everywhere isn't going to help as solid bushes are going to increase noise, vibration and harshness in the car...

Cheers guys, I am going to go for OEM gearbox and diff mounts with the blue top mounts and Bambridges alloy subframe bushes. Made a good start today, stripped the front subframe off and got the bushes out, off to the grit blasters tomorrow.
