Lowering springs from 2.6/2.8 fit TDi?

    Hi,

I've found some lowering springs for sale to fit a 2.6/2.8 FWD.

Will they fit my 1.9 TDi FWD?

I presume the only problem here could be engine weights? How different are they? (IE may make car sit wrong if there is a significant difference)

    Thanks

Looks like an off roader at the mo, needs to be brought down defo, good luck. I tried the 40mm drop but put Bilstiens dampers and standard springs back on in the end. Got sick of scrapping over every slightly raised bit of road, feels fine now but have the rather lerge space between wheels and arches also.

The wheels are off for the moment as I need some spigot rings.

It needs to be low for the look I'm going for, these cars are just a pain to get springs/coilovers for it seems!

Seems Spax springs do the job.

Cant quite read the part number annoyingly! Most 80 springs seem to be 35/40mm and I really need 60+!
