Push the damper all the way down and rotate gently, you'll feel it mate with the adjuster mechinsm. I think CW = +ve, CCW = -ve. I have mine set at 0.5 turns from fully stiff, but on stock springs I had 1.5 from stiff up front, 1.0 at the rear and it worked well, you could go a little stiffer but it'll be quite bouncy.

        koni adj

Thanks rusty I'll be running h&r springs with the konis but I'll only be driving on public roads and don't want my teeth to fall out so i don't want the set up to harsh.

Mine are 0.5 turns from stiff front and rear and it's bouncy, I'd go -1 front, -0.5 rear, as the HnRs aren't renowned for ride quality

I've got mine .5 turn from stiff on H&R's and im changing them to -1 and putting stock springs on as it's still too bad on the local roads.
