Ok so powerflex bushes for my car are PFF3-102?

Not sure on RS2's but for S2's it seems to be random which ones you have, the cast ones only seem to be fitted to cars pre 94. Only way to be sure is climb under and have a look, its either a box section arm or a solid cast piece of metal.

The rear suspension upper a-arm is the same story, you can have solid cast arms and box section arms. Powerflex only make bushings for the box section versions.
