    Powerflex Anti roll bar

The RS2 front bar is 28mm and powerflex only make a 27mm bushing so I ordered them.

The RS2 rear anti roll bar is 16mm... should I order 15mm bushings so that they are tight; or do I order 16mm bushings?

Check out superflex too; they might help out. They're still quite flexible, so 1mm here or there isn't a big issue - just stick a chunk of copper grease in there

I take it yours is a B4 chassis then?

Superflex dont squeak from what ive seen. My powerflex's have been on and off the car 4 times and redesigned by powerflex, but they still cant stop them squeaking after a while, mainly because they were a high shore rating, or thats what I was told
