Top mounts, which way up?

The front top mounts on my RS2 are currently beeing replaced, the people doing the work are staying the last pair were put the wrong way around. Can someone please confirm that the painted green tops should be facing the top IE the bonnet?

In this picture the top one with the green is upside down, the one on the bottom left is the right way up.

The bearing in the bottom of the strut mount sits on top of the upper spring retainer. The rubber sits against the body.

The ones I have are the same as the green one in your pic.
So the green faces the road.

All sorted. Thanks guys. The collar was put on the wrong (bottom) side of the top mount, now its been sorted it brakes straighter, handles better, weights up when turning. Brilliant!

Every time I have seen suspension coming off s2's I have seen them green side up. EEK!
