I have some brand new poly supaflex ones for sale, to suit the rear or the 10mm dia type bolts on the front. £60 posted, rrp £72 IIRC.

        Cheers,

Kevs are hard anodised aluminium and the supaflex ones are polyurethane.
IMO the poly ones are a great step up from the (normally very tired) standard rubber bushes. They are better in terms of control and stiffness, but without any noticeable increase in vibration or harshness. I have never driven a car with solid aluminium bushes to tell you how they compare...

the solid mounts are supposed to be a tad harsher ride, depending on what wishbone bushes you are running, but like Steve I have not driven a solid mounted coupe before.
