I must change my subframes,they looks so rusty and i think,that after sandblasting,its gonna be fragile,because of loss weight and material . So do you know wich subframes are same as a cq20v ? I cant find in our country,so i am fiding different options,wihout customazing subframes
I am assuming the car you have is a 3b, as I see no rear sway. So I am assuming this picture is of the rear subframe.
All model 89 coupeQ, and B3Q should have the same rear subframe. You should try to get a later one, as it will have the rear subframe mounts locations on the rear subframe.
After looking at your rust, thank heavens, I am in California.
I just pulled the subframe from a late B3 in the JY, and no rust.

Only the front subframes are different. The ABY uses a subframe that has a different mounting location for the transmission, as it is a 01e 6 speed. The B4Q V6 uses the same front subframe as the ABY.
Except for the late sway bar mount locations, the rear subframe on the Qs are the same for Coupes and B3s.

i hasitate if i sandblasted my subframes or not,because they look rusty and i am not convinced if all the rust blows out.I cant find another subframes for sale in our country yet.
